Our priority is to make sure that each item meets these standards, and we therefore check every sweater prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to arrange a full refund.

 

Please note that, in all other circumstances, each sale is final. We therefore recommend you use the size guide (found in the product image catalogue) and compare the colour options to ensure you make the right purchase, first time.
